1. How giftcards works?
At this moment we sell E-gift cards as a unique code that can be entered at the checkout. Please navigate to https://sile.design/product/gift-card to order one.
You don’t have to use the whole amount all at once. Possible surplus will remain on the card balance until next order. E-gift cards never expire.
Gift cards sold as physical products in our gift boxes will be available soon
2. Payment options
We accept most major credit cards and payment systems (depending on buyer’s country). We are working on accepting alternative payment methods in the near future.
All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and you will not be charged wit any additional taxes at the checkout.
3. How returns works?
We accept all returns within 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order, including sale items. Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags, boxes, packaging and must be unwashed, unworn without any signs of usage.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Sile Design.
We kindly advise you to return your parcel using a track and trace code. If parcels get lost during transport without having a tracking number, we are not able to help you, and cannot be responsible for a reimbursement.
To return any garment place the item(s) you’d like to return back in the carton box you received in or any other solid carton box. Close the box securely, using packing tape and send it using track and trace service to:

Please note: we will not accept returns of used or damaged items. Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
You will receive a refund within 14 days, after we have received the package. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method
4. How delivery works?
We ship to all countries worldwide via courier services. Delivery time depends on the destination and takes:
EU countries – 2-5 business days
non-EU countries – 7-10 business days (may be delayed due the customs)
Israel – up to 14 business days
UK – 3-4 days
Shipping cost for EU:
Orders below €250 – €15
Orders over €250 – Free
Shipping cost outside the EU*:
Orders below €250euro – €25
Orders over €250euro – Free
*higher shipping costs may apply for more distant destinations (China, Australia)
5. Silk Care Instructions
Silk is a luxurious, high quality fabric which needs a little more care and attention. When it comes to washing your silk, the best what you can do is to give it to the experts at the dry cleaners. Doing so you extend the life of your silk garment, keep it subtle, lustre, delicate and long-lasting. However, if you ever find yourself in a jam or want to refresh your silk you can safely hand wash your favourite pieces following these precautions:
Make sure to do colours separately and use only “suitable for silk” and “delicates” detergent. Other cleaners may destroy silk’s protein fibers. Bleach will damage your silk’s fibres also. Place your silk garment in cold water with a mild, silk-friendly detergent. Leave to soak, no more than 5 mins. Swish the garment slowly and gently. Do not rub. To help keep its hydrated feel, use a fabric conditioner in the final rinse, or even a small amount of hair conditioner. Ball your silk together to remove excess moisture. Wringing out will damage silk’s fibres. Lay it flat and roll it in a towel to absorb any lingering moisture. Lay flat to dry. Iron on the wrong side using silk settings.
6. How Items Are Made?
All our production is handcrafted in Poland, using the highest quality fabrics and with the utmost care. Most of our clothes are made of natural silk. Silk is a luxurious fabric and requires care and real craftsmanship. That is why we do not order products from large sewing rooms and facilities, but employ craftsmen who carefully and with the utmost care prepare and sew our products.
We also take the highest care of the environment in every possible aspect of production and apply a zero-waste policy.
This is why we do not produce in advance and store high stocks. Our clothes are sewn in small amounts with little advance notice. Sometimes even for a specific order. For this reason, the processing time of your items, especially in the case of personalization, may be slightly longer, but you get a garment sewn with you in mind and with care for the environment

8. Taxes and duties
All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and you will not be charged with any additional taxes at the checkout.
However, for shipments outside the EU customs duties may apply according to customs law. It that case you are responsible for any import fees.
9. Size Guide
The size chart can be found next to each product. Simply pick the right one. If item is marked as fitted, and you don’t feel good wearing such garments just pick the bigger one. Items marked as oversized are designed to be a little bigger. Email us anytime for styling or fit advice.
Measuring bralletes:
Presented numbers are underband length in cm. Wear any soft braglette, or light bra, wrap a measuring tape directly under your breasts, exactly as your bra/lette’s underband.
Pick the closest number.
Briefs:
Presented numbers are hip width in cm. To measure your hips jus wrap a measuring tape around your hips. Pick the closest size.
Tops:
Presented numbers are bust size in cm. To measure your bust just place the measuring tape at the fullest part of your bust, parallel to the underband. Pick the closest size.
Considering top’s size remember, that silk made items may shrink after first washing <1cm.
